Terms Information        
  • Our payment terms are Net 30 Days with the option to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month past due.
  • Minimum order: $25.00.
  • Returned product may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • In the event a collection agency is needed, all collection and/or attorney's fees incurred by MPH Industries, Inc. become the customer's responsibility.
  • Accounts with past due invoices result in credit holds.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
  • MPH Industries, Inc. is authorized to perform a credit check and may request additional information.
  • MPH Industries, Inc. reserves the right to rescind Net 30 Day terms, if needed.
